I don't know why anyone would buy a car from anywhere else. This is my second purchase and the level of customer service exceeds every other dealership by a mile. From their fast response, to fair and upfront pricing of their vehicle, plus the vehicles I was trading in. And then delivering the vehicles to my house. I never even had to go to the dealership. It doesn't get any easier. Five stars all the way!!!

Salesman was professional. Finance guy was not very respectful of my time and did not explain things very well, I had to ask questions to get all of the pertinent information. Communication with the service department was nonexistent. I asked for updates on what the status of my vehicle was and did not get them.
Levi was awesome, he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted for a vehicle. Even got some new floor mats for my new ride. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle . They genuinely care about the customer and their needs.

Great customer service in the service department as well as the dealership. We bought a new truck while traveling through North Iowa this spring and put enough miles on the truck while in North Iowa to have its first service at Molstead Motors. The service was timely and efficient and they have a great waiting/work room for their customers.
My truck was fixed in a timely fashion and with good updates and courteous service.

The lifetime warranty is a great deal- if you make sure you get your oil change exactly every 3,000 miles. Don’t go over just a bit or they will deny your claim.
Service is always flexible with scheduling, promptly completed with clear explanations of what was or needs to be done.

Long wait. Waited 1 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Otherwise everything was satisfactory.

I wanted to take a minute and give some well-deserved recognition to Mike Molstead Motors here in Charles City after the experience I had with them today.

If harder work makes a diffrence it's worth it. I just thought $488.00 was alot for an hours work. I guess we were always pd. by hrs. worked. But I am 87 yrs. old and live in a MONEY is Americas God NOW. Live and learn. I could afford a 5 cents Ice cream cone. HA!!!

I like the fact that the facility is modern and always neat and clean. It tells me they are going to treat my vehicle the same. The personal present themselves in the same manner. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Never had to return my vehicle because it was not repaired correctly the first time.

I had a great experience with Molstead. Being at a dealership all day is not my idea of buying a car. Finding the right truck in 30 minutes and being out within 2 hours is! Everyone was great. I have had no issues. I love the vehicle and we will be back to Molstead in the future to buy if we have the right vehicle for us, if not they will find it for us I’m sure.
